Project to Expand Warehouse and Office Cleaning

The Problem

Mountain Group LLC began providing facility cleaning services for Bpower Equipment approximately a year and a half ago. Initially, the contract focused solely on providing deep cleaning for the bathrooms in their warehouse, which was done every two days. Over time, as Bpower Equipment expanded and adopted additional properties, Mountain Group was entrusted with more responsibilities, including cleaning of office spaces, lunchrooms, and other common areas used by the employees working at the facility.
This was a growing commercial cleaning contract, initially starting with a small scope but evolving as the company grew. The main challenge was scaling the service to meet the needs of Bpower Equipment as it expanded, while maintaining the same high level of attention to detail and quality in all areas.
